MATTHEW JOHNSTON PHOTOGRAPHY
Who am I?
A former commercial Southampton-based photographer who loves to travel and meet new people. My fascination with art and photography began before I can even remember. My passion for this art form was unearthed at University, where I studied digital media.
I have experience working on cruise ships, on placement in Australia and even working as a commercial photographer for ASOS. Photography is about telling a story, and each one of my clients has a story to tell. It's the journey of people and places that brings life to my art.
Throughout many years as a photographer, I have gained a wealth of knowledge in the industry and new skills from other fellow photographers. On an individual level, I believe in a more natural documentary style which tells a story and captures the uniqueness in each individual and each moment.
This is me and how I work. With me there is no hard sell, I promise.
